Every Day is a blessing
In our daily life all of us has ups and downs but by the end of the day is important how we feel ourself as person...many times all of us we just keep running and do all the stuff by automatic mode and we forgot even our main needs during the day plus only one small moment take us from the routine and we go crazy just because...i was many times out my mind and lost control from small stuff but now if i go back i realise that is normal but not on that scale that i was😀...so after almost a year of therapy and blessed with good people i can say i am happy that i know how to control my emotions and feelings in order to do the best in any situation and some times i go with the flow and see the bright side...Meditation,music and reading self help books can be a good medicine some time just for you,everybody has his own way in this world.
